Aufgrund der Breite des Themas und der Fülle der dazu vorhandenen Literatur habe ich es noch weiter eingrenzen müssen. Es soll in dieser Arbeit ausschließlich auf die Vereinbarkeit von sort und Beruf eingegangen werden und nicht auf den Fall der Versorgung von Hilfe- und Pflegebedürftiger. Auch diese besondere Lebenssituation erfordert besondere Maßnahmen, die hier allerdings nicht diskutiert werden sollen und können. Wobei auch diese Aufgaben noch immer frauenspezifisch sind und eine weitere Belastung bzw. Aufgabe bedeuten.
