Alle perversioni sessuali, che Freud indaga sotto un duplice profilo, teorico e clinico, sono dedicati gli ultimi tre scritti di questa importante raccolta: Un bambino viene picchiato (1919); Psicogenesi di un caso di omosessualità femminile (1920) e Una nevrosi demoniaca nel secolo decimosettimo (1922).
